As an Associate, Jack brings structure to ambiguous challenges, collaborates on systems-level change, and drives equitable impact. By analyzing complex qualitative and quantitative data, he extracts insights that translate into practical funding and strategy guidance for philanthropic and public-sector partners. Driven by a passion for advancing education and broader economic mobility, Jack is a fierce advocate for equity-centered investments. Prior to joining Building Impact Partners, Jack served as a Consultant at Education First Consulting, acting as a strategic thought partner to philanthropic and nonprofit leaders on education and workforce development initiatives. Previously, he supported the launch of a place-based workforce development initiative at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee and advanced education finance and early childhood work nationwide as an Associate with APA Consulting.
Jack holds a Master of Public Policy with a focus on quantitative methods in education policy from Vanderbilt University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Washington.
