As Managing Partner, Ashley leads the firm’s internal operations and collective work on strategy, culture, and growth. Her greatest motivation is helping Building Impact be a joyful, effective, and purposeful home base so that the team can do their best work in partnership with clients. Ashley’s passion for philanthropy and operational leadership was ignited at the Poses Family Foundation, where she started as the first employee and guided exponential growth in the foundation’s $35M+ strategic giving and 30-member team, ultimately serving as co-president. Serving in organizational leadership roles for over a decade has deepened her skills at developing talent, leading through growth and transition, and executing on complex social impact initiatives. Ashley has a bachelor’s in psychology from Emory University, an MBA in human and organizational performance from Vanderbilt University, and a master’s in human development and psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
