As an Analyst, Neha supports changemakers to discern their current landscape and develop strategies that drive meaningful impact. She is energized by collaborating with teams to solve complex challenges and build capacity for long term success.
Neha brings a kaleidoscope of experiences to her work. She started her career as an attorney specializing in civil litigation until she transitioned to working with mission-driven organizations. Since then, she has produced podcasts, designed learning events, managed cohorts, and met some incredible people along the way! Prior to joining Building Impact Partners, Neha was a consultant and project manager for philanthropies and nonprofits.
A chronic learner, Neha holds a B.S. in Biology from Georgia Tech, a JD from Emory University, and is pursuing a Master’s in Learning and Organizational Change at Northwestern University.

- Neha loves music, and recently started learning how to DJ.
- Neha was born in California, but considers herself an Atlanta native.
- When she travels, she always makes a point to hit the local modern art museum (The current favorite is the MCA in Chicago, and she’s always looking for recommendations!)
