As a strategic support lead at Building Impact Partners, Colin supports our founding partner Alex Johnston. Colin is energized by the opportunity to operationalize firmwide goals, and finds purpose in supporting executive leaders to advance an ambitious vision for the future of philanthropy. He is especially motivated to support the systems infrastructure required to promote a more equitable and abundant mindset within the field of philanthropy. Prior to starting at Building Impact, Colin spent the majority of his career as an advisory consultant to leading philanthropic efforts. Most recently, he provided consulting support to Co-Impact, a global donor collaborative advancing systems change at scale. He also served as Associate Director at Arabella Advisors, where he led client teams in servicing projects in early childhood education, economic mobility, and race equity. Colin holds a Masters in Public Policy from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Political Science from Davidson College.

• Colin is an avid Miami sports fan, celebrating his hometown teams even when they cause much consternation. 
• Colin loves to cook and try new food, and as a recent resident of Philadelphia he is enjoying exploring the city’s great culinary scene.
