Briana is a strategic advisor and operator who serves mission-driven organizations at the intersection of data, operations, and impact. Through her consulting practice, she partners with C-suite teams to establish clear organizational goals, implement change management workstreams, and scale infrastructure that drives sustainable growth. With deep experience translating complexity into clarity, she empowers teams with data-informed insights that unlock performance and elevate mission outcomes.
Briana spent a significant part of her career at Teach For America, where she most recently served as the VP of Strategy & Analytics and the Chief of Staff for External Affairs. She built and led national teams focused on strategic planning, recruitment innovation, predictive analytics, and performance measurement—helping to shape the organization’s approach to engaging new generations of educators. Briana holds a master’s in Cultural & Educational Policy from Loyola University Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Education, Schooling & Society from the University of Notre Dame.

Fun Facts:
Briana loves sports, not so much playing as watching these days and Notre Dame and Boston teams are among her favorite.
Briana also loves cooking and eating, she loves to try new restaurants and recipes when she can
