As Strategic Support Lead at Building Impact Partners, Caroline supports our executive leaders to ensure our mission is backed by systems, strategy, and a clear path to impact. She’s drawn to the work of operationalizing values, and finds deep purpose in building behind-the-scenes infrastructure that makes generosity more effective. Before joining Building Impact, Caroline led national programs and initiatives at Camelback Ventures focused on expanding access to capital for underrepresented entrepreneurs. Her career has spanned philanthropy, startups, and social impact — with an eye toward dismantling barriers that prevent resources and opportunity from flowing equitably. She is a Venture for America alum and a 2023 Emerging Philanthropist of New Orleans. Caroline lives in New Orleans, Louisiana — a city that continues to challenge and expand how she thinks about equity, power, and joy. She earned her B.S. in Public Health from Tulane University and credits much of her education to the grassroots organizers, neighbors, and mentors who’ve shaped her understanding of what it means to build lasting change.
