As a Principal, Jen brings her passion for social justice and solving hard problems to help clients reach new levels of impact. She began her career as a classroom teacher in Chile and has since worked in various roles focused on improving access to high-quality education for marginalized communities. Before joining Building Impact, she was the Head of Business Development at Imagine Worldwide where she led incubation and expansion of an innovative edtech model across Sub Saharan Africa. Jen lives in Los Angeles with her family, which includes many pets.
