Natalie is passionate about collaborating with stakeholders across sectors and centering community voices to direct resources to where they are needed most. As Strategic Support Lead, she works closely with executive leaders at Building Impact Partners, leveraging her project management, strategy development, and communication skills to create systems that facilitate ease and amplify impact. Prior to joining Building Impact Partners, Natalie led strategy consulting projects with corporate and philanthropic partners and social change leaders as an Advisor at Tides. Much of her work has focused on advancing health equity and supporting thriving children and families. Natalie started her career at the early care and education nonprofit All Our Kin, where she spearheaded the organization’s policy and advocacy strategy in Connecticut before launching a national technical assistance initiative to uplift home-based child care. She has also worked as a campaign manager for a state representative and as a high school teacher at a foreign language school in Bulgaria. Natalie earned a B.S. in Resource Economics from the University of Connecticut and was a 2025 MAP Fellow through the Morgridge Family Foundation. 

Fun Facts:

• Natalie loves to explore the world on foot, and can often be found hiking trails or walking miles through cities around the Bay Area.
• The cat distribution system caught up with Natalie at a bus station in Bulgaria, where a little kitten ran up to her and never left. The cat, Tsvete (“flower” in Bulgarian), is now 10+ years old and enjoys lounging in the sun on her balcony.
