Lauren works with Building Impact Partners in a project management capacity, combining systems-level thinking with attention to detail to move key initiatives forward. In her work, she often serves as a bridge to make connections across initiatives and disciplines, and she is energized by engaging with a spectrum of stakeholders—from service providers to philanthropic leaders and governing agencies—to co-create solutions. She is driven by a deep commitment to advancing the well-being of people and communities through directing resources to projects that hold promise for effecting sustained change.
Lauren has spent more than 12 years in the social impact sector, holding roles focused on strategy development, impact assessment, and grant portfolio management in both grant-receiving and grantmaking organizations. She has a master’s in community development from Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College and a bachelor’s in political science and theological studies from Wheaton College.
