Nicole Brisbane

(She/Her)

Partner

Nicole brings her passion for education, social justice, and democracy building to Building Impact Partners as a partner. Nicole began her career as a middle school intensive reading teacher in her hometown of Miami, FL. Throughout her career, she has kept a keen eye on the ways social systems impact marginalized communities. Nicole’s work focuses on supporting the design and implementation of solutions for her client’s biggest challenges. As many seek to make their impact on the world around them, Nicole helps clients guide those processes from conception to practice, with an emphasis on capacity-building and measuring impact.

Fun Facts:

  • Nicole spends her non-work time chasing her toddler son around. They both enjoy sunny days, playground hopping, and taking a swim at the beach.
